Valued in three parts.

Project KJ is valued as three parts, each on its own model: krobjob (done, October 2026), Ground (next) and Baseflow (after Ground). We’re pre-revenue, so the forward figures are scenarios, not a forecast.

  • 01The floor is what’s already built. Rebuilding the whole software estate today would cost about ฿7.46M (≈ $219K), or ฿12.99M (≈ $382K) with a classical team (September 2026 valuation, measured code).
  • 02krobjob alone: ≈ $0.62–0.87M in the base case. With 150 founder-key partners bringing 6 paying restaurants each (900 in all), krobjob is worth ฿21.1–29.6M; at 15 each (2,250) it reaches ฿107.5–150.4M (≈ $3.2–4.4M). Its measured replacement cost, ฿4.47M (≈ $131K), is the floor (October 2026 valuation, Part 1).
  • 03Ground and Baseflow come next. The edge gateway, node software and sensing network (Ground) and energy and compute (Baseflow) are valued separately and add to krobjob. They are not in the figures above.
  • 04Three stages. Each one must earn the next. Stage 1 proves the concept with the first pilot. Stage 2 funds the planned Udon Thani-wide expansion after the pilot works. Stage 3 prepares the regulated token launch and Bangkok rollout after the expansion reaches its milestones. The 150 founder keys, $1,000 each ($150,000 in all), fund stages 2 and 3. Key money is cash, not revenue: it adds to the value rather than multiplying it.

Prove it. Then expand across Udon Thani. Only after those milestones: token-launch preparation and Bangkok.
